Policy

General notes on shipping: Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic orders (Australia) are sent by Australia Post, Standard Parcel Post (estimate 2-6 business days). Flat rate shipping across Australia for orders under $150. Free shipping across Australia for orders over $150 - use code ‘OVER150’ at checkout.

International orders are sent by Australia Post Standard Mail (estimate 6+ business days, depending on your destination). Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility for costs incurred for customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rests solely with the customer.

International destinations: New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Please email chilimarini@gmail.com if you don't see your destination.

When will my order be dispatched?

It usually takes 3 business days for me to pack and dispatch your orders when items are in stock. Unfortunately, as a single-person business, I cannot pack orders daily. 

It may take up to 2 weeks for ‘pre-order’ goods to be dispatched depending on when the item has been restocked - I’ll be sure to keep you updated along the way.

If you need your order urgently, don’t hesitate to let me know (send me an email with the order number to chilimarini@gmail.com), and I’ll try to prioritise it for a speedy dispatch. 

How will I know my order is on its way?

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the tracking number. Don’t forget to check your junk mail.

My order hasn’t arrived…

If your package hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of receiving the tracking number, please let me know ASAP, and I’ll help look for your package. All you need to do is send me an email with your tracking number, and I’ll keep an eye out in case your package is sent back to me. This might be the case if it has been left unclaimed. 

If this happens, you can either have the package re-sent to your address or be eligible for a refund (of the product purchase price, excluding the shipping fee). Please remember that this process can take a few months (depending on your location).

Deliveries that have not been declared within 1 month of the dispatch date will be disregarded and not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
